- Secured an average of over $1,000,000 in grant awards per year to respond to the growing need of communities to improve the public's safety and well being.
- Designed, implemented, and managed several strategic community safety initiatives that tangibly reduced crime and improved the quality of life in 20 inner city neighborhoods throughout the City of Winston-Salem.
- Created a proprietary measurement and assessment tool to benchmark the performance of community safety programs and initiatives throughout the United States.
- Sustained nine continuous years of collaboration with over 30 local, regional, and national community partners.
- Developed a replicable methodology for community training & technical assistance that has been successfully deployed in over 100 communities across the United States.
- Delivered data analytic services to over 35 WSSU faculty members and over 200 students through our state-of-the-art "Community Research & Action" Classroom.
