Jonathan Ross Gilbert is a seasoned nonprofit consultant and turnaround-management specialist with a proven track record for developing and implementing performance improvement plans under adverse conditions. He has been working in a variety of advisory roles for nonprofit organizations, local government agencies, and Fortune 1000 clients throughout the United States since 1992.

CCS has contracted Jonathan as a business strategist to build strong internal systems, enhance research development, and create a performance-based organizational culture that aligns with funder expectations. He provides significant functional expertise in business planning, applied research design, data-driven problem solving, project management, web site design & development, integrated marketing communications, and fund development. 

Jonathan holds an MS in Behavioral Science from Brown University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in economics from Pomona College.
